We are Bouygues Energies and Services (BYES).
Do you want to join a company that offers the career opportunities of a large international group but that’s small enough for you to make a real difference?
Are you looking for flexible rotations across different business functions to help you find your future career path?
Would you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can put forward your innovative ideas at board level?
If so, choose Bouygues with confidence.
Bouygues Energies and Services offer three structured programmes, allowing graduates the opportunity to rotate across different project teams and departments:
- General management
The rotational placements enable our graduates to experience different aspects of the Company, before deciding on their chosen specialism. Our finance graduates undertake rotations across commercial management, finance, quantity surveying and procurement. As part of the scheme, finance graduates also undertake the CIMA Professional Accountancy qualification, which is fully funded by the company.
Our graduate scheme is titled ‘BYES: Be Your Extraordinary Self’; recognising the value of diversity in our graduate trainees. We particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups within our industry.
What We Offer
Join BYES as a graduate trainee on one of our three rotational programmes and you will receive a competitive annual leave allowance, private health insurance, company pension plan and industry-leading learning and development opportunities.
We offer a collaborative and inclusive working environment, allowing our staff the flexibility and support to develop their careers with us. We have an established competency framework, and our recruitment process is built on identifying individuals who effectively demonstrate these core competencies and share our RESPECT values. Our FM business was recently awarded Investors in People (IiP) Silver accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to the management and development of our workforce.
BYES graduates are supported through a number of development activities including being matched up with a senior-level mentor. On completion of the graduate scheme, high-performing individuals have the opportunity to undertake further studies including professional and vocational qualifications or management and leadership training.
