As you help to develop innovative solutions to life changing problems, you’ll build on your expertise in a specific field, while developing world class problem-solving and leadership skills. As the depth of your technical knowledge grows, you'll become a consultant in your specialism. You’ll be the person that people across the business turn to for expert advice, guidance and ingenious solutions.
Based in our exciting, world-class research and innovation centre in Ipswich you will help shape the future of BT. Your new ideas may lead to patents, or collaborative projects with other global research and technology organisations.

Qualifications and experience requirements
- You’ll need to have or expect either a 2.1 degree or a 2.2 degree with either an additional postgrad degree.
