About Bulb

Join a company with a mission

We're on a mission to help our members lower their energy bills and cut carbon emissions. We achieve this by providing affordable, renewable energy to as many people as possible, while providing great service.
Today, we supply over 1.3 million homes with green energy, and we're just getting started.

Become an Energy Specialist at Bulb

Our Energy Specialists are the heart of Bulb. They're problem solvers and great communicators, responsible for providing a brilliant service to our members. We're looking for more people to join the team.

Help us build the best experience for our members

Working as part of a small team you'll get in-depth training about the energy industry and the technology we use. You'll be communicating with our members every day, by email, online chat or over the phone. You'll get to the root cause of people's issues, from the super-simple to the curiously complex. And you'll find and deliver improvements to our tools and processes, driving improvements in efficiency and member experience.

If you can do the magic to make the complex simple, we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to be available to work some weekends and evening shifts.

The perks of the job

We're a Living Wage Employer and certified B Corp working to demonstrate how business can be a force for good. As a member of Team Bulb, you'll also get access to lots of great benefits:

Training budget: £1,000 a year, plus five working days, to spend on personal or professional development. You can use this for training courses, books or conferences.

Holiday: 33 days holiday a year (including bank holidays), and the option to buy up to 5 more. We're building a company, and we all need a break.

Sabbatical: After a year at Bulb, you can take an additional month of unpaid leave to travel, work on personal projects or simply to recharge and reboot.
