English Teacher in South Korea

Job description

Spend 12 months living and working in South Korea as an English Teacher, typically in a private language school. You'll do your TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) qualification in the vibrant city of Seoul, before you start your guaranteed teaching placement. Teachers can earn a monthly salary of up to £1,450 a month and further perks include:

• Your school will source and pay for your studio apartment accommodation whilst you teach
• You will receive a flight reimbursement ( approx £765) after you've completed your second month of teaching
• Paid vacation time and public holidays
• At the end of your 12 month contract you'll receive a bonus of 1 months salary

What we are looking for

• A passport from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand
• You must be willing to commit to a 12-month contract
• You will need to be in excellent mental and physical health (you will need to undergo a compulsory medical when you arrive)

Qualifications

Although no teaching experience is required, you will need to have completed a bachelor's degree (any field) with a minimum 2:2 grade.
