About the programme
From day-one, you’ll see first-hand what it’s like to be at the heart of our business. We’ve carefully tailored our programme to support you in achieving your potential.

Throughout your 18-month programme we’ll keep your enthusiasm dialled-up. You’ll navigate through three, six month placements. Placements that will technically, professionally and personally challenge you and build the skills and experience you need to be the very best that you can.

We’ll give you the freedom to aspire to each of your placements and first post role enabling you to shape your career. You’ll get training from our experts and work on projects that will play a part in the future role of gas and how we establish ourselves at the forefront of sustainable energy. We’ll give you the chance to make a difference in areas close to our heart like supporting the delivery of our regulatory framework RIIO 2 or the role we play in the HS2 diversion. Or maybe you’ll help shape our corporate social responsibility or employability programme, which gives local students with learning disabilities the chance at working life. If you’re willing to put the hard work in we’ll reward your ambition and talent.

Qualifications

A minimum of a 2:1 degree (predicted/obtained) in a relevant engineering discipline.
