We are currently recruiting for commercial graduates to join us in September 2018. We have offices in Scotland, the Midlands and the South East of England and are currently in the midst of a very exciting period of growth with the aim of building 2,500 homes by 2020. The roles could be based in any of our eight regions and you must be willing to relocate to join the graduate programme.

Our commercial teams are responsible for preparing and controlling our construction cost budgets. They work closely with our construction departments to make sure the correct levels and quality of labour and materials are being provided to our construction sites.

Qualifications and experience requirements
To join the commercial team you will need to be confident with numbers and people. You will have a degree in quantity surveying or similar and be able to work to strict deadlines. You will need to have a good understanding of all current IT applications.
