We are currently recruiting for Technical Graduates (Engineering) to join us in September 2018. We have offices in Scotland, the Midlands and the South East of England and are currently in the midst of a very exciting period of growth with the aim of building 2,500 homes by 2020. The roles could be based in any of our eight regions and you must be willing to relocate to join the graduate programme.

As a Technical Graduate, you will join one of our technical teams which provides architectural and engineering expertise to remain market leaders in the product we provide. The engineers work closely with the land and construction teams in assessing the suitability of a potential site, conduct site investigations, organise new and existing services for a site, responsible for drainage and ground works along with other tasks essential for a new homes development.

Qualifications and experience requirements
To join the technical team as a Technical Graduate (Engineering), you should have a degree in civil engineering as well as excellent attention to detail and the interpersonal skills to confidently inform others within the business in your area of expertise.
