Calendar Club are seeking motivated, driven and passionate people to successfully run our seasonal retail stores between September and January.

Calendar Club Store Operators are self-employed and for the right candidates there is excellent earning potential allowing individuals to earn a lump sum over the busiest trading period. Calendar Club is an ideal match for those graduates wanting to save to travel or gain valuable experience running their own business with the full support of an established business.

Calendar Club provides the stock, premises, shop fittings, uniform, systems training and know how. We offer full training and support, enabling every Operator to set up, trade and close their branded store at the end of the season. For those who fall in love with us there is the opportunity to return year after year.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and achieve store budget and KPIs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered
  • Training and motivation of team members
  • Health and safety of the store; ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Visual merchandising; ensuring the store is commercially appealing
  • Adhering to company policies and procedure

What we are looking for

We are seeking hardworking, self-motivated and confident individuals.

To be successful, you will be highly organised and commercial with your approach. As a Store Operator you will also need to confidently inspire your team and demonstrate passion for the product and the brand.


You will have ideally gained experience from a retail or service background, in a fast-paced environment. Working with others and customers is a key part of the role and we will absolutely consider experience outside of retail.
