Graduate Business Management Programme

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading business. We believe in nurturing future leadership talent to secure the future of the business and provide you with a great start to your career.

The programme is designed to give you input, enabling you to make your own choices and deliver a personalised experience. You will gain a broad view of our organisation, experiencing different business streams and global shared services. It also provides the opportunity to network with key stakeholders to promote and accelerate your future career path.

The programme will run as an internal consultancy model whereby you will be working on projects. This means you will be given accountability for project deliverables and you will make a real contribution to the business.
To make sure you get maximum value, we will ensure that you receive a range of experience across the business.

What we are looking for

Because you won’t be the type of person who wants to follow a pre-destined path, you will need to be resourceful, able to challenge and question and not be deterred by setbacks or ambiguity. A self-starter, willing to take responsibility for your own development. It will be up to you to make the most of each assignment so you must have a collaborative approach to work and an adaptable and resourceful nature. You will also be able to demonstrate your commitment to a career in the business of publishing and able to suggest new and innovative ways of working.
