In BTS (Business and Technology Solutions), we support our clients through large scale transformations, enabled by brilliant technology solutions. We want the very best for our clients, and we know that the technology we implement can help them achieve great things. We also know that the implementation of a new technology solution impacts everything it touches, so our teams work collaboratively with our clients to ensure smooth and pain-free transitions.
We’re looking for people who love building great relationships with clients, and who naturally form trust from those they work with. Coming to work with us means using the right business consulting techniques to guide our clients through a seamless programme of activity which ensures the smooth running of our technology-enabled transformation projects.
This is a business technology role, requiring an emphasis on working with the business rather than focusing on technology.
The focus of your role
There are a number of teams within BTS into which we recruit Graduates. These roles vary as we deliver IT enabled business transformation through supporting clients during the IT project lifecycle. You will be involved with shaping the right outcomes for a client, ensuring the right business value is derived from the technology being implemented.
Capgemini’s Programme Management Office practitioners are at the heart of our delivery success story. They provide the governance and management rigour to ensure that our clients’ business strategies are transformed into tangible and valuable business outcomes.
Our Associate Consultants play a vital part in that work, supporting and guiding our clients on their transformation journeys from their first steps through to arriving at their final destination.
As a PMO Analyst, you will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, think creatively about complex delivery issues, and support the most challenging and interesting delivery engagements - all while developing your consulting skills.
What we’ll offer you
Professional development. Accelerated career progression. An environment that encourages entrepreneurial spirit. It’s all on offer at Capgemini. So expect the training, support and challenge you need to capitalise on what makes you special – and to confidently pursue the career path that most inspires you, whether that means changing tracks or shifting focus down the line.
Join us, and be the you you want to be.
