Job description
As a Pega graduate, you will play a key role in our team and the solutions we provide our customers. Your role is about creating value through problem solving and configuring Pega with performance in mind and following best practice guidelines. You’ll work in a team of Pega development specialists both on shore and via our distributed service teams to design Pega based solutions, and work as part of the team to deliver projects and programmes involving Pega. This person will be relied upon as a subject matter expert of the technology, its capabilities, and best practices.
What you'll do
Working closely with the Lead Solution Architects and Senior Solution Architects, you’ll be able to work independently and collaboratively with Capgemini clients that want to gain value from their investment in Pega. Working closely with these customers, you will:
- Work closely with customer stakeholders across business and technical streams and provide expertise for solving complex business/technical requirements.
- Work within Capgemini and mixed client teams developing and deploying Pega solutions.
- Develop, test, modify, and implement application code; make standard modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with high-level specifications, application support and industry standards.
- Support and/or deliver Pega POCs and demos.
- Present/Demonstrate Pega solutions, POCs and demos to internal and external customers.
- Participate in Pega community events.

What we are looking for
- Be a graduate or equivalent with a passion for delivering technological solutions.
- Knowledge on Objected oriented programming and concepts.
- Knowledge on Database and SQL.
- Good team player.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to articulate well when engaging with customers, partners and internal stakeholders of varying technical maturity.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand complex customer business challenges and how to apply technical solutions to them.
- You will have lived in the UK for the last five years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements).
- You should be flexible in your approach to work and willing to travel to clients.
