Our new graduate learning and development programme has been expertly designed to focus on one public sector client, focus on taking you from graduate level to one of our industry experts and the focus will be your development. Comprising of a two-year soft skills programme that is unique, designed to develop seven focused power skills coupled with a unique in role technical training programme that will support you with career progression and in becoming industry expert level.

You’ll be part of the team that delivers and transforms our client’s existing technology services and creates brand new services. You will want to put the client experience first. With a mix of new technologies and legacy technologies, you’re learning curve will be significant. This mix and the role you’ll play in delivering new solutions to our client, makes this a unique and exciting opportunity, you’ll be understanding the complexities of how our services are designed, then migrating onto developing those systems using our DevOps approach. You will gain experience across all systems as well as the full software development lifecycle. There are many technical challenges from a live support perspective and interesting projects to get involved with including design and development of new features and enhancements.

Your responsibilities will be;

• Supporting live systems and applications, implementing bug fixes and exploring improvements through code changes. 
• Taking responsibility for components of larger systems and writing code to compliment those that is being developed by colleagues, helping to reshape our clients core products and solutions
• Technology transformation projects, shaping and scaling applications to meet business growth and reduce operational cost

What we are looking for

• A 2:2 bachelor’s degree or above
• Most importantly, we want people with an appetite for learning and passion to work for a technology company
• Flair for solving problems and analytical skills.
• Plenty of drive, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and be challenged,
• A commitment continually develop your skills and career

These roles require BPSS and SC Security clearance. To meet the clearance requirements, you will need to;

• Have the right to live and work in the UK
• Be resident in the UK for the past five years
• Have spent no more than three consecutive months outside the UK in that period

If you cannot meet these criteria, we may not be able to consider you for this role.
