Our new graduate learning and development programme has been expertly designed to focus on one public sector client, focus on taking you from graduate level to one of our industry experts and the focus will be your development. Comprising of a two-year soft skills programme that is unique, designed to develop seven focused power skills coupled with a unique in role technical training programme that will support you with career progression and in becoming industry expert level.
You’ll be part of the team that supports and transforms our client’s existing technology services and creates brand new services. You will want to put the client experience first. With a mix of new technologies and legacy technologies, you’re learning curve will be significant. The role you’ll play in delivering new solutions to our client, makes this a unique and exciting opportunity, you’ll be understanding the complexities of how our services are designed and as a vital part of our business, you’ll contribute to first-class deliverables in your assignments and will play an active role in defining our practices, standards, and ways of working.
Our three technology roles focus on;
- SAP Functional Consultants - you will part of a team that supports different streams of work. Whether it's providing application management support within the Live Services team or delivery work through the Project teams. You will learn SAP technologies and work in a dynamic role to develop your functional SAP skills.
- Application Consultants – work to understanding the business outcomes that our clients need to achieve, and then working with those clients in a close collaborative relationship to rapidly design, prototype, iterate, release and support business solutions in an Agile manner.
- Database Engineers – responsible for the complete lifecycle of all databases within the clients organisation, working from design, configuration and implementation, planning improvements to working with project teams across areas to help define the technical architecture with databases.
This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our Telford office 2 or 3 days a week, which is a fantastic modern building not only from a collaborative working perspective, but there is also a restaurant, rest and leisure zones, Prayer room, EV chargers, a state of the art 24hr Gym and golf nets, recently refurbished roof gardens where you can be a part of our ‘Turf you out’ gardening scheme. What we are looking for
- A 2:2 bachelor’s degree or above
- Most importantly, we want people with an appetite for learning and to be passionate working for a technology company
- Plenty of drive, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and be challenged,
- An appetite to continually develop your skills and career.
- Flair for solving problems and analytical skills.
These roles require BPSS and SC Security clearance. To meet the clearance requirements, you will need to;
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Be resident in the UK for the past five years
- Have spent no more than three consecutive months outside the UK in that period
If you cannot meet these criteria, we may not be able to consider you for this role.
