You will be working towards a full-time job and studying towards a Level 3 It Support technician qualification. It’s an 18 month course in which you will study part time whilst doing your full time role. You will cover many modules such as Supporting IT Architecture, Working with end user devices and working with network architecture.
Alongside your L3 programme we will also provide you with an accelerated approach in your role at Capgemini, providing significant role-based training and soft skills training programme to ensure both personal and technical growth. This is a technical and customer focused placement in which you will be liaising with internal clients and problem solving to ensure a high level of service. This is a role you can start to build your technical skills and practice them daily. This role is pivotal in making sure that our end users can work efficiently and effectively, you will be working on the Tech Table or Virtual Tech Table assisting end users with technical issues.
This is a full time office based working role, you should expect to be in our Telford office 5 days a week, which is a fantastic modern building not only from a collaborative working perspective, but there is also a restaurant, rest and leisure zones, Prayer room, EV chargers, a state of the art 24hr Gym and golf nets, recently refurbished roof gardens where you can be a part of our ‘Turf you out’ gardening scheme. To be eligible, you need:
- Seven GCSE’s including maths, English and a STEM subject at grade 4-9
- Or equivalent BTEC in stem subject, maths & English Grade 4-9 equating to 7 GCSE’s overall
These roles require BPSS and SC Security clearance. To meet the clearance requirements, you will need to;
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Be resident in the UK for the past five years
- Have spent no more than 3 consecutive months outside the UK in that period
If you cannot meet these criteria, we may not be able to consider you for this role.
