Hopes. Dreams. Aspirations. We all have them. And chances are yours aren’t a carbon copy of everyone else’s. That’s why, at Capgemini, we give you options – and the freedom to achieve your ambitions your way.
A role in our Capgemini Graduate Community is perfect for people who love building great relationships with clients, and who naturally engender trust from those they work with. Coming to work with us means using the right change management techniques to guide our clients through a seamless programme of activity which ensures the smooth running of our technology-enabled transformation projects.
The focus of your role
After rigorous training that immerses you in all things SAP you can launch your career in one of two different areas.
In Data Management and Enterprise Performance Management – one of our fastest growing units – you’ll be more business focused. Involved in business reporting, planning, and data and strategy management, you’ll reinforce a reputation that’s made us a SAP UK Enterprise Performance Management Special Expertise Partner.
In our more technical Netweaver group, you’ll help architect and deliver state-of-the-art SAP solutions. You’ll be harnessing the latest technologies, and concepts such as SAP HANA and cloud computing, as you design, install and configure environments, and troubleshoot technical problems.
Whichever area is right for you, you’ll need a good IT degree plus a real passion for technology and its power to transform the way organisations work and behave. So you’ll be keen to absorb yourself in SAP, and fired up by the idea of making a dramatic difference to your clients’ businesses. Curious, eager to try new things, and ready to challenge and be challenged, you’ll also have a flair for building rapport and solving problems.
We’ll encourage your growth at every stage. After all, it fuels ours. Yes we’re one of the world’s top consulting, technology and outsourcing organisations, with 190,000 people in over 40 countries. But we still have big ambitions – and we’ll rely on you to help us achieve them.
So expect the training, support and challenge you need to capitalise on what makes you special – and to confidently pursue the career path that most inspires you, whether that means changing track or shifting focus down the line.
