Would you like to be part of a dynamic and exciting team? One that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do? Our Insight team is responsible for this key role. We cover every business unit of British Gas, delivering actionable insights that keep our customers at the heart of all our commercial decisions.

Covering 28 million customer accounts, we combine advanced analytics, modelling and a variety of market research techniques to develop a deep understanding of our customers: who they are, how they behave, what they like to buy and what they think about us. We get to know them so that we can fully understand their needs and behaviours in order to influence the decisions we make as a company. This ensures we appeal to the right customers at the right time, in the most efficient way.

Do you have a desire to succeed? Are you analytical, curious, confident and creative? We’re looking for inquisitive people with a passion for using information to drive better decisions. It’s a programme that can offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a large, diverse, commercial team that’s responsible for driving business decisions. As an Insight graduate, you’ll get the chance to work with all parts of the business alongside external partners, allowing you to develop a full range of skills that’ll set you up for your future career. Whether you are looking for analytical skills such as SQL or propensity modelling, want to understand how customers are selected for marketing or would like to manage projects we have a full breadth of opportunities for you.

We are looking for the highest-calibre graduates to join our programme and enable us to continue to stand out as an Insight-led organisation. Successful graduates will be rewarded with experience and knowledge that will build on existing skills to help deliver industry leading Insight.
