Senior stakeholders will support and guide you towards chartered status and will also plan ahead regarding your first permanent role within the business upon completion of the programme.

Within Centrica Exploration & Production you will be part of a team that is making exciting strides within exploration and production: graduates working within Centrica Storage will gain unique insights into a high-profile and strategically important gas storage environment. You will develop breadth by undertaking placements across the business. A carefully-structured development programme will give you the opportunity to achieve your full potential.

As part of a diverse multi-disciplined team responsible for supplying millions of customers, working quickly and reliably under pressure becomes second nature. Most of all you will be encouraged to hammer away at new skills and constantly build on your knowledge. We are looking towards a future where there will be great challenges to overcome.
