What the programme involves
At Centrica, we secure and supply the energy that keeps millions of homes and businesses running. Some of the questions that our future HR leaders need to answer include: Could we meet the strategic challenges we face as a business? What would we do to maximise the potential of our people? How would we ensure we continue to be recognised as a 'Great Place to Work’? Join us, on our summer placement programme, and you’ll discover what it’s like meeting critical business goals as one of our strategic HR professionals.

There are a wide range of HR activities you could potentially be exposed to on this programme and it will take a lot of hard work and initiative on your part. But in return you’ll get to develop career-boosting skills and could earn yourself a place on our graduate programme if you really stand out from the crowd. Find out more about this opportunity and everything else we offer.
