Job description
The core purpose of this role is to support the business change manager and the wider team with the delivery of business change activities. You will work with programme and project teams to drive the preparation and execution of improvement efforts throughout CityFibre. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with department heads to identify and prioritise business improvement areas to create a process improvement plan
- Assisting the strategic business change lead to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans
- Conducting analysis activities to understand root cause issues and solutions
- Collaborating with communication, training, HR and OE specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support programme/project implementation

What we are looking for
- You’ll have either just completed your second year as an undergraduate or your third year moving on to a Master's degree in business management, psychology, marketing, communications, business change or project management.
- You must have a solid understanding of change management and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills are essential with the ability to articulate messages. Able to establish and maintain strong relationships
