Job description
We’re looking for people to join our brand new Planner Academy. Starting in September, you’ll complete a six-month immersive training programme of classroom and in-the-field learning, where, as part of a cohort of trainees, you’ll learn how to design and deliver our best-in-class networks. The programme will empower you with deep network planning knowledge, giving you the skills and experience to quickly progress to an Associate City Planner, where you’ll take ownership of the project management and collaborate with our Designers to deliver the best digital infrastructure possible.
A rewarding career
We’re passionate about our work and we’re passionate about our people too - when you join the CityFibre family you’ll receive a starting salary of £22,500 and enjoy benefits like 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare.
The support to succeed
When you join the CityFibre family, you’ll get all the support and opportunity you need to grow your career, learn new skills, and fulfil your potential. You’ll work on a personalised development plan tailored to your role and ambitions, that will help you expand your knowledge and reach your goals. Your Line Manager will help you understand how CityFibre operates, and you’ll partner with a Mentor who will support your progression.
If you’re interested in exploring Management-level opportunities, you can apply for our highly successful Aspiring Managers Programme and fast-track your career. In addition to this, you will join our early careers community, where you’ll meet, network, and socialise with other CityFibre graduates. With our entertaining social events and exciting networking opportunities, you’ll feel part of the CityFibre family in no time.
Our unique culture
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer; we celebrate diversity, believe everyone has a voice, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all. Even though we come from different backgrounds and do different jobs, we’re united by The CityFibre Way - our unique code of behaviours that inspires how we think, act and work. We back each other, think smart and act fast, and we’re passionate about giving it our best to build a legacy together.
