Customer and Project Support Specialist

Job description

In this role, the Customer and Project Support Specialist will work with our customers on their day-to-day needs as well as manage selected projects.

Main tasks and accountabilities

Customer support

  • Manage customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, in a timely and quality manner
  • Proactively communicate to customers about product and service updates
  • Support and collaborate with Product Managers in the development of existing and new services by gathering customer feedback
  • Manage user onboarding, including training on subscribed reports

Project support

  • Drive delivery of custom projects for our customers
  • Manage internal projects and collaborate with relevant internal teams

Qualitative Survey Research Support

  • Support the lead Survey Manager throughout the lifecycle of the variety surveys administered

What we are looking for

  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good listening skills and highly responsive
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills essential
  • Must possess analytical skills and be highly numerate with good understanding of data
  • Pro-active and creative to solving customer problems, with investigative mind-set
  • Highly collaborative and team-player
  • One+ years of experience within a professional business setting, preferably in the customer support and/or project manager role
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Understanding of and interest in the IT industry is a plus
