Job description

An experienced professional is required to manage and co-ordinate an entire Channel Management project.

Main tasks and accountabilities

  • Participate in initial conference calls with client and advise on process
  • Create initial documentation for the Project (Project Initiation Document, Project Plan, Risk Management Strategy) and maintaining over the course of the project
  • Support Team Leader in planning resource, time and budget for the project
  • Manage and lead the Project Team (including necessary trainings)
  • Lead conference calls with client and following up on assigned action points
  • Keep log of enquiries and provide regular progress reports to client
  • Liaise with CONTEXT Data Management and Development teams to ensure that priorities are on schedule to achieve agreed milestones
  • Track project progress follow standard CONTEXT documentation
  • Supervise the product and reseller processing in CONTEXT databases
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, quality checks and analysis
  • Co-ordinate the full project, from implementation to delivery, monitoring the project progress against agreed key milestones
  • Ensure CONTEXT is represented both with client and partners in a positive light, and generally promote CONTEXT as a capable data partner

Qualifications and experience requirements

  • Excellent project management skills and/or ability to develop
  • Excellent command of English
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise
  • Understanding CONTEXT back-end database desirable but not essential
  • Leadership experience desirable but not essential
