As an Account Manager your role will be to build new business relationships with businesses requiring residential property finding support. Providing your customers with a complementary home search service offered by our Corporate and Relocation department. Whilst your core focus will be winning these new relationships, you will also be responsible for maintaining regular contact with the company contacts to ensure you are generating new applicants for the Countrywide network. You will be the point of contact for all new applicants and will be responsible for identifying their requirements, setting up viewing tours and tracking all activity on the relevant systems.
You will be also be expected to utilise the branch network and other lead sources to research new accounts and opportunities.
Promoting Corporate and Relocation Services within the company and speaking with the branches and managers on a regular basis forms a part of the role. The Account Manager position is an exciting opportunity for someone in a small department in a period of growth.
Ultimately you will be tasked with winning and subsequently managing high revenue accounts and will be required to fully understand the Countrywide network in order to act as a strong support to your customers whilst dealing with new applicants.

You will be expected to have a high level of customer service for this role, ensuring you understand the ins and outs of our business operations and are able resolve difficult situations successfully. As an Account Manager you are required to have a positive attitude and be able to manage your customer`s expectations throughout the lettings process.
