Our Marketing teams play a key role in ensuring we are dynamic and focussed on reaching our desired business audience, attracting and engaging them to open up opportunities as well as building our existing relationships.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice based at our Head Office, Cowick Hall in East Yorkshire. In this role you will work alongside the marketing teams within the Performance Technologies and Industrial Chemicals (PTIC) business sectors to provide alignment across PTIC and support the delivery of marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the global marketing teams.
Your main responsibilities will include, among other things, working with digital marketing teams on initiatives such as updating of sector websites, sales lead qualification and lead nurturing; supporting the marketing communications teams in organising conferences and updating relevant literature and marketing collateral. You will also aid the innovation cycle by working on product launches, using various platforms to engage with internal and external contacts and to analyse and improve processes for the future.

- You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with good attention to detail
- You will be creative, contributing new ideas and ways of working to the team
- Willingness to learn (develop new marketing tools knowledge as well as product knowledge)
- Be capable of building effective working relationships
- Previous experience in a relevant marketing role
