Graduate Management Trainee

Job description

Award winning Career Foundation Programme - Graduate Growth is a two year management trainee programme offering broad and rigorous experiential learning, with exposure to all aspects of service delivery across Health. Participants will be introduced to the skills required for effective management and supported to develop specific personal and professional leadership qualities. This role provides supervised experience of the core responsibilities of managing staff and services and financial resources in a patient facing and/or corporate support service.

We want individuals to support us with the transformation of our services and keep us at the forefront of service delivery for our community and patients. Our successful candidates will bring compassion, along with the ability to influence and action change. Ultimately, we want individuals with the understanding and drive to want to improve patient care and experience across all aspects of Cwm Taf Morgannwg services and our partnering Health Boards.

Cwm Taf Morgannwg will also be recruiting on behalf of Cardiff & Vale University Health Board and NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP).
