Job description

Our two year Graduate Programme consists of rotations where you’ll learn the fundamentals of banking – be that personal banking, small business start-ups or the corporate banking world. You’ll also gain valuable experience of our specialist areas, and there’s the potential for exposure to our Danske Nordic network.

As you learn about our business from the grass roots up, you’ll be given real responsibility early on and be expected to deliver in real roles. You’ll also gain professional banking qualifications and complete a structured learning programme.

Benefits

Right from the start you'll have a permanent contract and over seven weeks' holiday. On successful completion of the two year programme you could be earning over £30,000 and have over eight weeks' holiday.

There may be a requirement to work in any Danske Bank location within Northern Ireland and in the wider Danske Bank Group. You must be able to meet this requirement.

Qualifications and experience requirements

A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted) is required.

We want to hear about achievements that you found particularly challenging. And if you’ve experience of a commercial or business role, even better.
