Job description

We’re more involved in our clients’ affairs than ever before, providing advice and services far beyond pure financial diligence. Whether it’s business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financial crime investigations, debt advisory, investments or business model generations, you’ll gain exposure to a huge variety of projects and a diverse portfolio of clients. All whilst finding the cleverest solutions to the most complex problems.

What you’ll be doing
We have opportunities for talented, ambitious graduates in Economic Consulting, Financial Advisory and Financial Crime (Forensic), as part of our wider Business & Financial Advisory team.

  • Economic Consulting
This team provides due diligence on transactions. Which means, you’ll be helping clients who are planning to buy, sell or take over businesses to assess the deal. These are often commercially sensitive, high-profile projects.
  • Financial Advisory
In Advisory, you’ll support clients through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and with capital transactions. Which can include everything from valuing companies for sale, to business modelling, to economic consulting.
  • Financial Crime (Forensic)
Forensic is a field that’s increasingly in demand, and we already have one of the largest practices in the world. Join us and you’ll be helping clients react quickly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute.
  • Transaction Services
Transaction Services help our clients with the financial analysis of companies they are looking to buy, sell or invest in. Join our team here and you’ll become part of a fast-paced and challenging environment with UK and international exposure.

Why join our team
For the influencers, the challengers, and for those who are true thinkers – at Deloitte it’s the mindset that makes the role. We’re one of the largest professional services firms in the world, with all of the opportunities for development and progression this brings. But more than that, we’re a firm of problem solvers.

From the start, you’ll be hired as a permanent member of staff, alongside the best minds in the industry. You’ll receive guidance from inspirational and supportive senior managers, benefit from tailored learning and development, and feel respected for your individuality. We also offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits and rewards.

Company information

Every year, the business and technology landscape is more ambiguous and disruptive. Solving the problems of today – and tomorrow – requires people with a broader set of skills and different ways of thinking. If you’re able to see, think and act differently, you’ll find Deloitte is a business that doesn’t just recognise your need to remain curious, but fully embraces it.

There are nine areas that make up our entire graduate offering, including Audit & Finance, Business & Financial Advisory, Cyber, Governance, Risk & Regulation, Human Capital, Real Estate, Strategy & Operations, Tax and Technology. There are some you’d expect and some you wouldn’t, but one thing is present across all of our service lines – curiosity. And it’s this attitude, shared by everyone who works here, that helps to shape a better world.
