Human Capital & Actuarial Graduate Programme

Job description

Our Graduate Programme is more than a world-class training scheme, this a permanent job. It gives you a market-leading salary, benefits, a professional qualification, and endless opportunities to learn and progress. You’ll work with clients from the start, on projects that have a genuine impact on their success.

Human Capital & Actuarial
People are a company’s greatest asset. Whatever role you do within Human Capital, helping our clients maximise the potential of their people will be at the heart. How do they attract the best talent? What’s the best way to reward them? Develop them? How will their organisations need to transform as new technologies automate more and more tasks? What does that mean for their people? These are just some of the challenges you might help clients face. You’ll learn from some of the smartest business minds around and work with influential, fascinating organisations, across all industries and sectors. The learning curve might be steep, but you’ll develop some of the broadest most sought after skills in the firm.
