Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) has roles available in sales, trading and structuring. Fixed Income & Currencies builds long-term sustainable relationships with key corporate and institutional clients, combining market-leading trading and structuring with a world-class sales force, to provide clients with access to flow and customised financial solutions across a wide range of cash and derivative products, markets, and regions. The role

Your first seven weeks or so will be made up of the orientation program, technical financial training and regulatory exams training. You’ll then experience up to four rotations over the next three months or more within your business area.

Your day-to-day tasks will vary depending on your role and the desk you’re working on. In FIC you might be pricing products for traders, preparing financial data analysis, examining market trends or assisting in the origination, structuring and execution of transactions. You will learn from the best, evolve professionally as well as personally, and build a firm foundation upon which to specialise later. Whichever path you take, by the end of your programme you’ll have the skills and experience to launch a long-term career with us as a salesperson, trader or structurer.

Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views. We embrace a culture reflecting a variety of perspectives, insights and backgrounds to drive innovation. We build talented and diverse teams to drive business results and encourage our people to develop to their full potential. Talk to us about flexible work arrangements and other initiatives we offer.

We promote good working relationships and encourage high standards of conduct and work performance. We welcome applications from talented people from all cultures, countries, races, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, beliefs and generations and are committed to providing a working environment free from harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
