We shape Deutsche Bank's working environment to enable our people to be the best they can be for our clients, the bank and society. This eleven-month industrial placement, which may consist of up to two rotations, is ideal for students who are looking to complete a placement as part of their university degree and want to learn and contribute to the broad spectrum of HR deliverables. Rotations will range from working with our business advisors supporting employees and businesses to contributing to key projects such as employee benefits, business management, regulatory, risk and compliance initiatives or working with some of our specialist areas such as recruitment. We want to provide the opportunity to truly experience the breadth of HR work.

What we are looking for

We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and adaptable students with excellent communication and analytical skills We accept applications from many different degree disciplines and above all, we’re looking for entrepreneurial people who thrive best in a diverse culture where innovation,agile thinking and teamwork is key.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be a second year undergraduate university student on a four-year degree expecting to do a work placement in your third year.
