We are looking for candidates that have a can do attitude, passion to succeed and are capable of quickly learning on the job to develop into a management role. You will be given real tasks and responsibilities from the outset and will be well supported by peers and senior management within the UK and Ireland organisation.
The programme will either be operations or commercial based and will involve rotation between departments throughout the two years.
Within Operations you should expect to be working on the ground in the live operation or operational support departments. You could expect to be responsible for a specific area within the operation working on shift patterns to ensure material is sorted, loaded onto aircraft and that the aircraft depart on time and to schedule.

To support the ‘on the job’ training you will get in your placements, we have designed a training and development programme which will give you the skills & tools you need to succeed during the programme and beyond.
What we are looking for
Candidates need to have the appropriate knowledge, ambition, and management potential to fulfil future management roles within its global network. At this point in time we are interested in final year students looking for full time employment from September 2018.
DHL Aviation are looking for candidates who have a passion for the logistics industry, and can demonstrate how they work at speed, and with a can-do attitude, to support our business in getting it right 1st time for the customer.
You will have the willingness to travel between London Heathrow and the East Midlands Hub on a regular basis.

- Excellent PC software skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must hold full UK driver’s license
Applicants must have achieved or be undertaking the final year of a logistics, accounting/finance, business/management, or built environment, property/real estate related degree. Other degrees will be considered.
