To continue with our company development we are looking for a graduate to join our Operational team who manage our catering sites throughout the UK to follow a 12-month training programme based at our head office at a prestigious business park in Warrington
You will receive training and coaching in all aspects of operational management including food production, HR, financial management; health and safety and purchasing. As part of the programme you will also spend time in a variety of locations and get involved in projects as part of a small team
What we are looking for
An understanding of the catering industry is a “must”. You must be comfortable dealing with senior managers and site based team members on a face-to-face basis and over the telephone, be well organised, good at time management and have a good understanding of finance.
We are looking for someone with a degree in hospitality management or business management or a closely associated subject.
