The two-year programme
Join our Associate Consultant Programme and you’ll learn the skills to engage and advise clients on business transformation, offering a unique blend of variety and challenge whilst working within a rapidly growing UK&I Consultancy Practice. Most important of all, you’ll gain the kind of experience that will help you become a well-rounded and capable consultant, delivering effective and insightful business advice.

We want you to have the best possible start to your career. What’s more, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your specific business interests. You’ll have a one-to-one buddy who will help you get the most out of every day, as well as being introduced to a wide network of colleagues, from current graduates to senior leaders within the DXC team.

What we are looking for

In return, we need you to bring your energy and enthusiasm for realising positive change for our clients and DXC, whilst working to understand and realise your own potential.

  • You will have a passion for solving business problems with appropriate solutions, in the Digital World
  • You may be from a technical or non-technical background
  • There will likely be a need to regularly work/stay away from home to support our clients
