Can you help DXC to exceed client expectations, while keeping a close eye on profitability? One day, you might be leading a major service restoration team for a client, the next you could be working alongside our development teams to create innovation solutions leading our clients through their digital transformation journey.
The two year programme
By joining DXC in Delivery Excellence you will ensure that DXC exceeds our client expectations, while monitoring the profitability of the programmes that are delivered and working closely with the Delivery Team, Account Delivery Team and the Client. You will have the opportunity to become a Scrum Master and be measured on deliverables and timelines.
'I joined the DXC graduate scheme in 2016 in Service Delivery and have been working on account delivery for various major clients in the Transportation and Insurance industries. I have had the opportunity to work with many aspects of the business in order to deliver solutions to our clients. I have been coached to develop account and client management skills and I now act as service lead for multiple clients myself'. Alex P, Service Delivery Graduate.
