EMG UK is the leading entertainment and sports company in the country, providing high end, bespoke TV facilities and crew to the world’s broadcasters and producers.

We are seeking candidates for the position of Sales Support Assistant to join our Commercial team and work across our extensive range of productions.

Job purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised individual to provide administrative support to the Commercial team at EMG UK, one of the leading global providers of outside broadcast services.

This is an office-based role from our base in High Wycombe, reporting into the UK Sales Director. Day to day management will be managed by the Commercial Manager.

  • Offering administrative support to the Commercial team, including building and maintaining Microsoft Excel and Word documents regularly.
  • Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering leads and addressing clients or Commercial team requirements.
  • Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery.
  • Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals, meet internal and external deadlines, set reminders and share innovative lead generating ideas.
  • Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments in the business to help where necessary. Establish and maintain relationships with third party companies.
  • Communicating commercial updates to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.
  • Work with the Commercial Manager and Marketing Brand Manager for bids and proposals.
  • Make travel arrangements for the Commercial team and the senior support staff when needed.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong creative, strategic and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
