The Program
At Essity, we see graduates as playing a central role in challenging the status quo, driving change, and making a positive impact on the business along with hygiene and health globally. Selected candidates will participate in a two-year Graduate On-boarding (GO!) Program within the Essity organization, starting in the autumn, 2018. The GO! Program provides a real job with a real development plan to give you a strong foundation to drive your development and career within Essity.

The Onboarding Program is based on relevant tasks, clear responsibilities and specific learning goals. This will provide participants with a deep understanding of the Essity global organization, technical knowledge, processes and tools, while simultaneously delivering concrete results to the business.

Focus areas
You will gain experience with our Sales and Marketing departments in a B2C environment, gaining a deep understanding of our Essity Brands and products, processes and tools, while you simultaneously contribute to the business.You will have the opportunity to develop such skills as sales plans, digital/ ecommerce sales and marketing, build on consumer and customer insights, analyse market dynamics and business status, learn and apply how to prepare value creating offers and build negotiation skills, along with managing customer relationships. Most importantly you will actively participate in Essity’s team environment.

Your profile
We find the GO! Program is a great way to start to use those skills you have learned and put them to the test in a real job with real responsibility, while you take the driver’s seat in your development.

  • Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships are an advantage
  • Excellent level of English is required.
  • Availability for travelling and relocating may be required
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and curious person who demonstrate the ability to be team-players who can contribute to our ongoing success.

Qualifications and experience requirements

Obtained a Degree in all related fields of Marketing and business or equivalent achieved no later than 18 months ago will be a prerequisite .
