With a large amount of ownership and responsibility you will gain business experience, learn to promote, market and sell a successful concept in education; operate a business unit, and be responsible for the recruitment and development of a team of Tutors as part of the full time management team. Continued professional development will give you the opportunity to progress to Centre Director within 12-24 months where you will have overall responsibility for the centre’s growth, operations and profitability.

Explore Learning are a national network of education centres providing maths and English tuition to children aged 4-14, aiming to improve knowledge, confidence and enjoyment of learning. Explore work closely with children and their parents to create a learning pathway that meets individual needs and maps to the school curriculum.

Launched in 2001, Explore have over 120 centres in the UK working with over 35,500 children.

Person requirements

Qualifications and experience requirements

2:1 degree in any discipline and GCSE (or equivalent) grade B in maths and English. Assistant Directors need to be willing to take ownership and responsibility for driving the growth and commercial performance of our learning centres.

£22K - £28K

£22,000 - £24,500 location weighting. A target based bonus scheme with up to £3,680 potential.
