Mobility, Reward and Immigration Apprenticeship Programme – September 2025

The future of work means a global workforce and continual change. So, as part of the Tax team’s People Advisory Services (PAS), we look at how businesses reward and relocate employees around the world – and how it affects their tax and immigration requirements.

Technology is at the forefront of the solutions we offer to our clients, and we embrace innovative thinking across our teams to ensure our clients have the right technological solutions that address their needs and help them to streamline time-consuming processes.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting with projects both from a compliance and advisory perspective.
  • Supporting the management of key client relationships and building and strengthening your own network within the firm and externally with clients.
  • Supporting with and preparing for internal team and client presentations.
  • Undertaking technical research and reviewing and understanding the tax and immigration legislation to help provide answers to client queries.
  • Identifying business opportunities within the Financial Services and UK & Ireland sectors, supporting with writing and proposing for client bids/projects

Programme duration : 4 years

Are you eligible to apply?

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone.

England and Northern Ireland: You will, need a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and to have completed three A-levels or (equivalent e.g. BTEC Nationals) by the time the programme starts.

Scotland: You will need a minimum grade C National 5 (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and be working towards completing 5 Highers or be working towards a SCQF Level 6/7 by the time the programme starts.

To be eligible to join EY’s apprenticeship programme you must not have previously completed an honours or masters degree in any subject.

Qualification you’ll gain : Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), with the potential to complete the CTA across your career
