People Consulting Graduate Programme – September 2025

Job description

Our teams help global and local businesses with their people needs in the digital age. Our goal is to work with them to build a better working world for everyone.

We embrace technology and innovation to drive results and have transformation teams that focus on developing new technologies to support our people and our clients. During the programme, you can expect to work with a range of technologies, from data analytics software to collaboration tools.

What you will be doing

  • Gaining experience in a variety of People Consulting’s specialisms, such as change management, communications, HR transformation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning, and workforce analytics.
  • Working in project teams to help clients solve people-related problems and implement people-related solutions. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on your project.
  • Conducting research and analysing data to develop commercially sound recommendations.
  • Writing elements of reports, presentations and other deliverables.
  • Travelling around and outside of the UK if the project calls for it.
  • There will also be times when you are not working on a project and you will contribute to business development for the team by helping with proposals.

Programme length : two years

Professional qualification

UK & Ireland - CIPD – Level 5 certificate in Human Resource Management. Financial Services - CIMA - Certificate in Business Accounting
