Transformation Architecture Graduate Programme – Belfast

Job description

Deliver long-term value to our clients by designing and delivering transformation for their businesses. And embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.

About the programme

The world is constantly changing, creating abundant opportunities and essential risks for businesses. In Transformation Architecture, you’ll help our clients see their future and define their purpose, and then design, lead and deliver the end-to-end transformations to realise this ambition.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable brands and major government departments.
  • Developing proposals and business cases for EY or our clients.
  • Researching and analysing trends in industries like government, energy, life sciences, banking, media and technology.
  • Focusing on key drivers such as sustainability, innovation and customer experience.

How is it structured?

Join the Strategic Transformation team in Belfast and jump straight into work on real client projects. Plus, work towards your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate in Business Accounting for Financial Services and the Chartered Management Consultant accreditation for UK & Ireland.

The programme will provide you with a variety of experiences and learning opportunities to support your development. On the job we'll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find innovative ways of solving them. You'll be part of a large graduate community which is a great opportunity to build your network, participate in corporate sustainability events and develop your leadership skills.

Our clients span government and public services, energy, retail and telecommunications and media and technology.

By the time you finish, you can expect to be well on your way to becoming a Senior Consultant with the opportunity to build a speciality in your preferred area.

Alongside our programme offering, we give you all the training and exposure to real-world work you could want. We also offer company-wide and programme-specific rewards that make all the hard work worthwhile. These include wellbeing initiatives, a free tech MBA, healthcare support, a pension scheme and more.

Technology in Transformation Architecture

Our culture of innovation at EY means we embrace change in everything we do. In Transformation Architecture, our team utilise new and emerging technologies to transform our services for the better.

This is where your adventure begins and where you have every opportunity to build an exceptional experience. Embrace the challenge as you help us build a better working world for everyone.

What we are looking for

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an honour’s degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).
