Job description

Support our clients as they navigate disruption and transformation. And embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.

About the programme

Transformation Delivery can help to solve complex challenges and issues that are prevalent as businesses seek to transform themselves in the digital age. Our teams reimagine and transform business models by creating growth, managing cost and efficiency, responding to market pressures and regulations and resolving operational challenges. As a member of this team, you can expect huge support as you navigate your options and build a career you can be proud of.

What will you be doing?

  • Working with a variety of clients from start-ups to recognisable organisations.
  • Listening to client problems and defining strategies and solutions.
  • Developing proposals and business cases for EY or our clients.
  • Analysing trends in industries like banking, retail or telecommunications, media and technology.
  • You’ll also be expected to be flexible and spend time away from your office.

How is it structured?

Join us and work towards your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Certificate in Business Accounting for Financial Services and the Chartered Management Consultant accreditation for UK & Ireland.

After induction, you’ll join your team and jump straight into work on real client projects. The programme lasts two years and will provide you with a variety of experiences and learning opportunities to support your development. On the job, we'll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find innovative ways of solving them. You'll be part of a large graduate community which is a great opportunity to build your network, participate in corporate sustainability events and develop your leadership skills.

By the time you finish, you can expect to be well on your way to becoming a Senior Consultant with the opportunity to build a speciality in your preferred area.
