We are renowned for our unique Graduate Programme, which gives graduates business and technical training in core disciplines in our award-winning FDM Academies. Once the training has been completed, graduates will then represent FDM on client sites as FDM Consultants for a minimum of two years. With a global client base, our Consultants work worldwide to deliver innovative solutions to IT and business objectives within various sectors, including financial services, media, retail and insurance.

On our bespoke Graduate Programme you will receive quality vocational training in one of our award-winning Academies throughout the UK. We tailor your training around your specific skill-set, offering you an individual learning pathway in one of two areas: business or technical. You will learn all of the key skills required to become a successful professional FDM Consultant within the given industry and will progress to represent FDM on client sites.You will benefit from working with like-minded, driven people who share your passion for technology. Fast-track career progression is a key focus at FDM and our tailored programme will pave the way that could lead into leadership roles working with high profile clients such as HSBC, Virgin Media and National Grid.
