Financial Engineer - Non STEM

Job description

For the first time ever we have launched a stream within our Options Programme for top-performing graduates from non STEM degree disciplines. This presents an opportunity for stand-out candidates from a variety of degree backgrounds to kick-start their careers in the FinTech industry. We are keen to attract enthusiastic candidates with a can-do attitude who are keen to combine their natural customer orientation with their passion for finance and technology.

In this role, you will enter a progressive and positive work environment as part of our growing production support team, with a focus on providing a range of critical services to our global Tier 1 client base. The unique combination of on-the-job training and academic learning offered will allow you to develop a highly transferrable skillset and build a strong foundation for a successful career in the FinTech industry. Career progression opportunities include advancement within the support space or a smooth transition into a range of specialist technical areas including business analysis, project management, software development and software testing.

What we are looking for

  • Self-organisation and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitasking and prioritise tasks effectively to deliver to strict deadlines
  • Keen interest in establishing a career in the financial technology sector
  • Minimum 2.2 degree in any discipline
