Betfair Commercial Graduate Programme

Job description

Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a good time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place.

The Programme

Betfair was born to create a fairer betting marketplace. We transformed sports betting when we pioneered the concept of a betting exchange in 2000, allowing customers to set their own odds for the first time and bet against one another. We have remained a disruptive force in the industry ever since.

On our Marketing team you’ll deliver campaigns across the greatest range of sports betting products in the industry. It’s about being bold and bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll work with high profile sports teams and brand ambassadors. And you’ll play a role at events like Cheltenham, the World Cup, and more.

Every day is different in our Sports team. Working here is about strategic creation and world-class execution. We take responsibility for our awe-inspiring revenue and our blistering growth.

Product is at the heart of our business, and you’ll share our obsession over our customers. Here, we don’t just design and engineer exciting new digital products, applications and tech - we create exciting and entertaining new experiences. It’s about turning research and insight into big opportunities. Making one-of-a-kind ideas a reality.

On our Gaming team, you’ll spend your time building relationships with Brand, CRM, Social, Media, Product, Insights and Tech teams to bring boundary-pushing strategy to life. And working in a collaborative team to deliver world-class strategy that continues driving sky-high growth in our Gaming business.

You’ll also get the opportunity to see how our Trading team operates through a potential to work within this exciting business area. Create close relationships with key stakeholders and understand the ins and outs of how our business operates. They’re a large but close team that offers a huge range of markets across every sport you can think of - from football and horse racing to ice hockey and netball.

As a grad, you’ll get to enjoy our full benefits package. This includes:

Our teams are made up of people from different cultures and backgrounds who each bring new perspectives to the table and help us to always see the bigger picture. We pride ourselves on striking a balance between being a large company but still maintaining a relaxed, friendly working environment with no room for superiority complexes.

The programme is challenging but you’re set up for success from the start. You’ll have your own dedicated mentor, invites to all sorts of personal development workshops and access to a £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund.
