Customer Operations Graduate Programme

Job description

Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a great time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place!

The programme

We know that to get the best, we have to give the best. That’s why our Graduate Programme is committed to giving you a variety of experience within our organisation and structured on the job training. You’ll have the opportunity to work across several key areas of our Customer Operations function. The programme will consist of multiple rotations over the course of 2 years.

Customer Operations is here to make sure customers are understood, supported and protected at all times. Whether they get in touch with us, we reach out to them or we’ve identified an opportunity to improve the on-site journey, our focus is always the same: to deliver positive customer experiences that are built on simplicity, openness and trust.

From live chat and social media to emails and phone — we use whatever channels our customers prefer to help solve any problems they may have. We use the latest tech to help us inform and educate customers through meaningful interactions that have their safety and best interests at heart. And this puts us closest to the customer, and uniquely positioned to drive improvements across Flutter UK&I that ultimately delivers more for our customers.

We’re more than just the customer facing teams too – scratch beneath the surface and you’ll find an array of top-quality support teams, like Automation, Change Delivery, Performance, Resource Planning, Training & Quality and Complaints. Supporting the day-to-day operations, while also focusing on our long-term strategy.

Together, we make sure we’re always at the top of our game.

As a grad, you’ll get to enjoy our full benefits package. This includes:

  • Bi-annual company bonus
  • Private medical insurance and healthcare package
  • Employer Pension Contribution
  • Flutter Share Save scheme
  • £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund
  • Paid volunteering hours

We pride ourselves on striking a balance between being a large company but still maintaining a relaxed, friendly working environment with no room for superiority complexes.
