Job description
Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a good time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place.
The Programme
We have been in the business of entertaining punters since 1988 and we are now one of the most distinctive brands in the industry, officially a superbrand! With online and retail operations across the UK and Ireland, we're a central brand within Flutter’s UK&I division, known globally for our mischievous marketing and longstanding focus on delivering fairness for our customers.
Interested in creating a bit of Mischief? In our Marketing department you’ll create briefs, manage multiple projects, weekly marketing plans but also longer-term activations and partnerships, such as Cheltenham and the World Cup.
Move at a fast pace in our Sports team, who are high performing with a results driven nature (but at the same time, always knows how to have a bit of fun). You’ll have the opportunity to work with people from across the business on creating and delivering campaigns and promotions that excite and engage our customers.
Learn how we put the customer at the heart of all the decisions we make in our Product team. You’ll discover how we build our apps and products with our significant technical resources and have real responsibility during your time with them.
No two days are the same within our Gaming team, but your focus will be around the ideation, planning and co-ordination of campaigns & promotional activity. You’ll also get the chance to use data analysis to understand why customers do what they do and how those activities impact business performance.
Uniquely we have a team dedicated to our Retail business, unlike our other brands. We're responsible for all revenue, product development, marketing, commercial activity, communications, customer interactions and shop staff across more than 600 Paddy Power shops and 3000 people in the UK and Ireland.
The Perks
As a grad, you’ll get to enjoy our full benefits package. This includes:

The Place
Flutter UK&I isn’t just a ‘place to be’, it’s a place to belong.
We know how valuable diversity is and here you’re free to be your true self. Our teams are made up of people from different cultures and backgrounds who each bring new perspectives to the table and help us to always see the bigger picture. We pride ourselves on striking a balance between being a large company but still maintaining a relaxed, friendly working environment with no room for superiority complexes.
The Progress
The programme is challenging but you’re set up for success from the start. You’ll have your own dedicated mentor, invites to all sorts of personal development workshops and access to a £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund. It’s up to you how you spend it, maybe you’d like to attend a conference, take an online course or buy equipment to aid your learning – the choice is yours!
