Sky Betting & Gaming Commercial Graduate Programme

Job description

Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a good time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place.

The Programme

With a team of over 1,500 innovators who are dedicated to capturing the excitement that sport and gaming provides. We’re united by an ambition to lead the competition across safety, entertainment, value and ease of use.

Sky Bet may already be the UK’s No.1 Betting App, but our sights are still constantly set on better. Whether you’re working with Sky Sports on the UK’s biggest free-to-play games, such as Super 6, or ideating on a new product feature for football accumulators, you’ll be putting customers first to help us lead the competition. Sky Bet might be sport obsessed but you don't have to be.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be involved in Flutter UK&Is largest Gaming brand, covering Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker and Sky Bet Games. Whether you're going ‘beyond expectations’ on Sky Vegas or experiencing ‘exciting times’ on Bingo, no day will be the same as you’ll get the opportunity to ideate, plan and coordinate campaigns, propositions and product features.

In the Marketing team, you’ll be using cutting edge insights and market research to put customers at your core and create some of the biggest and best campaigns in the field. Our Brand, Creative & Sponsorship, Content, Social Media, Digital, CRM and Proposition teams come together to plan and execute every single campaign.

You’ll learn how we put the customer at the heart of all the decisions we make within Product. You will discover how we build our apps and products with our significant technical resources and have real responsibility during your time in the function.

The Perks

As a grad, you’ll get to enjoy our full benefits package. This includes:

  • Bi-annual company bonus
  • Private medical insurance and healthcare package
  • Employer Pension Contribution
  • Flutter Share Save scheme
  • £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund
  • Paid volunteering hours
  • Gym membership
  • Discounts/Free tickets to sporting events

Flutter UK&I isn’t just a ‘place to be’, it’s a place to belong.

We know how valuable diversity is and here you’re free to be your true self. Our teams are made up of people from different cultures and backgrounds who each bring new perspectives to the table and help us to always see the bigger picture. We pride ourselves on striking a balance between being a large company but still maintaining a relaxed, friendly working environment with no room for superiority complexes.

The Progress

The programme is challenging but you’re set up for success from the start. You’ll have your own dedicated mentor, invites to all sorts of personal development workshops and access to a £1,000/€1,000 Self-Development Fund. It’s up to you how you spend it, maybe you’d like to attend a conference, take an online course or buy equipment to aid your learning – the choice is yours.

You have a degree from a recognised university.

You must also be fully authorised to work in UK or hold a valid work permit for a minimum of 24 months.
