Job description
Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a good time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place.
The Programme
As a Technology Graduate you will be working at the heart of a game-changing working environment that is responsible for some of the UK’s leading apps, websites and games.
You’ll be put on the path to achieve a company sponsored Master’s degree in Digital and Technology Solutions, accredited by Sheffield Hallam university, and will have the opportunity to become a fully functioning Engineer in either Software Development, DevOps, Data or Infrastructure.
Whether you’re from a tech background or are completely new to the industry, our very own market leading engineers will give you the practical training that you need to excel within the position. These practical sessions will reinforce the theoretical knowledge taught by the university, adding to your skill-set and ensuring that you become a well-rounded and valuable engineer.
The programme is open to all degree disciplines, as we are looking for graduates that demonstrate core capabilities such as problem-solving skills, great teamwork, creativity and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Your training will be a blend of theory provided by university lecturers and practical training provided by our very own market leading Engineers. When you’re not in training you will be an active member of our tribes where you will get to work as part of a squad, working collaboratively to share knowledge and complete tasks.
As we are able to provide the relevant technical skills necessary we are open to all degree disciplines and to candidates who have graduated at any time. Ultimately, we recruit based on core capabilities. We’re looking for smart creative people who can demonstrate that they are fast learners, can work in a pragmatic and creative manner and have a problem-solving approach to work.
