Trading Graduate Programme

Job description

Are you a graduate wanting to kickstart an extraordinary career working for industry-leading brands, developing invaluable skills and gaining world-class experiences, all while having a good time along the way? If you answered “yes”, buckle up, you’re in the right place.

The Programme

We know that to get the best, we have to give the best. That’s why our Graduate Programme is committed to giving you a variety of experience within our organisation and structured on the job training. You’ll have the opportunity to work across several key areas of our Customer Operations function. The programme will consist of multiple rotations over the course of 2 years.

Our Trading team is the beating heart of our business. No two minutes are the same, let alone two days. We’re a large but close team that offers a huge range of markets across every sport you can think of - from football and horse racing to ice hockey and netball.

Pre-live and in-play, it’s all happening right here. But you don’t need encyclopaedic knowledge of sport to thrive in our team — we’re after passion, fast thinking and innovation.

We’ve got some of the best traders around who we know can you help you learn and develop — from identifying new markets, new features and new opportunities, we’re always expanding what we already offer and maintain our best-in-class service.

You could have the opportunity to work with any of our teams across our Trading function, like our Football team that covers a wide range of markets on competitions all over the world Split into three main functions: Pre-Match, In-Play and Performance – there are unlimited opportunities for you to learn & develop within Football.

Our Racing team is industry leading. We focus on the compilation and trading strategies of our business. You could be tasked with making trading decision, looking at how our customers use our products, experience working alongside compilers and really understand how compilation of a race from scratch really works. Data analysis is also a big part of this team, so there’s something for everyone within this team.

No two days are the same within Trading, and someone who has a passion for numbers will really thrive in this area of the business.
