Job description

Join Ford, one of the world’s biggest automotive manufacturers and most recognised brands, on our Finance Graduate Programme, and you’ll be part of a global professional finance community.

You’ll advance through a series of on-the-job placements, each with real responsibilities, giving you exposure to a diverse mix of the work we do.

You’ll work in a number of different teams, from the Treasury Office to the Purchasing Controller’s office; and from Finished Vehicle Accounting to Product Development Finance. This will give you plenty of opportunities to build your knowledge and skills in many core finance competencies, including:

  • Accounting
  • Cash flow analysis and capital structuring
  • Risk management
  • Collaborative business partnering
  • Cost management
  • Financial data communication.

What’s in it for you?

As a Ford Graduate, you’ll receive a very competitive salary which can increase as you progress through our organisation. You’ll also receive 26 days annual leave a year (plus bank holidays), an annual holiday bonus payment, discounted rates on Ford cars (for you, and members of your family too), a pension plan, and onsite gyms at most Ford locations.

We’ll also invest in your ongoing development, giving you all the support you need to build a long and rewarding career, through a variety of learning programmes.

We offer relevant, focused training in key financial skills; web-based training in vital financial competencies; an extensive Finance Competency Framework, enabling you to map your progress; individual development reviews; and company-funded educational assistance programmes, such as CIMA, to accompany the development opportunities we offer.

Do you want to go further with Ford? Then we’d love to hear from you. Apply today.
